The Testament dative and Inventor off the debts and soumes off money adebted to vmq[uhi]ll Ro[ber]t Kyll merchand burges off Ed[inbu]r[gh] and Indualler in campheir In the netherlands the tyme off his deceise who deceist in the moneth off [-]166[-] yeirs Faithfullie maid and given wp be daved mudie merchand in montrose only exe[cuto]re dative decerned as creditor to the s[ai]d vmq[uhi]ll defunct In swa far as the s[ai]d vmq[uhi]ll Ro[ber]t Kyll be his bond sub[scrivi]t with his hand off the daitt the 22 day of december 1675 bond and obleidged him his airs exe[cuto]rs and successors to have payed and delyvered to the s[ai]d daved mudie his airs exe[cuto]rs or assigneyes the soume off iiijc~ xx lib~ scotts betuixt and the tyme off mertimes nixt th[e]refter but delay with jc~ lib~ off Liquidat expenss[is] Incaice off Failzie and a[nnual]rent dureing the not pay[men]t As the s[ai]d bond Reg[ist]rat in the books off counsell and sessione the 27 day off octo[be]r 1677 yeirs beirs And Thairffor the s[ai]d daved Mudie Is only exe[cuto]r dative decerned as creditor to the s[ai]d vmq[uhi]llRo[ber]t Kyll For pay[men]t and satisfactione to him off the soumes off money prin[cipa]ll a[nnual]rents bygaine and to com and Liquidat expenss[is] Fors[ai]d efter the Formes and tenor off the s[ai]d bond In all pay[me]nts Extending the s[ai]ds soumes prin[cipa]ll Liquidat expenss[is] and a[nnual]rents at mertimes 1679 yeirs to the soume of vc~Lxxxxv lib~ xij s And als For pay[men]t off the Chairges off confirma[tio]nne off this p[rese]nt testa[men]t In swa Far as the s[ai]d defunct his goods and debts wnderwr[itte]n will extend to and as may be Recovered be him theroff And that by decreit off the Comiss[a]r[is] off Ed[inbu]r[gh] As the samy[n] off the daitt the [-] day of Ja[nua]rij 1680 yeirs beirs.
