The testament Dative and Inventary of the debts and Summs of money pertaining and adebted to umq[uhi]ll Petter Larue couper on board the shipe the unicorne belonging to the company of Scotland tradeing to affrica and the indies the time of his decease who deceased abroad, in the moneth of Jajv[ ] years Faithfully made and given up be Euphan Robertson relict of William Foord sailer in Bruntisland factrix for and In name and behalf of Margarett Robertson in zealand in holland relict of the s[ai]d umq[uhi]ll Petter Larue and only Exe[cut]rix Dative qua relict Decerned to the said defunct By Decreet of the Commissars of Ed[inbu]r[gh] in the samen of the date the viii day of octo[be]r JajviiC and seven years initselfmore fully bears.
In the First there wes adebted and resting oweing to the s[ai]d umquhill Petter Larue the time of his decease fors[ai]d Be the s[ai]d Company of Scotland tradeing to affrica and the indies of wages for the s[ai]d defunct his service as couper on board the s[ai]d shipe the unicorne the Summ of xiiii lib. xv s. Ster[ling] Extending in Scots money to the Summ of jCLxxvii l. which is now payable in its proper class by the Commissioners named be her majestie for manageing and disposseing of the equivalent.
Summa of the Debts oweing to the Dead jCLxxvii lib. for James Elphinston Understanding we Decerne whereupon Thomas Bethune of Tarbatt became cau[tione]r as ane act bears.
